How Different Cultures Approach Training and What It Means for Learning & Development

     The way different cultures approach training has become an increasingly relevant topic in the globalized environment of modern organizations. Over the past decade, several studies have explored how cultural factors influence training design, delivery, and effectiveness. A review published in the Academy of Management Learning & Education in 2021 examined corporate learning practices across multiple regions and concluded that cultural dimensions such as power distance, communication style, and collectivism significantly shape both learner engagement and training outcomes.
